People have phones with 50GB memory on them?! What model is that then as I want one!
Digital Download only is a long way off and Microsoft will be using physical media for a while yet. People have to take into account that even though where they live they might have a good enough conx and a cheap enough ISP for them to use the service, globally, the infrastructure and pricing is still not there. Also, I'd say that the most people still have the mindset that they want something physical for their money.
In answer to the question; Blu-ray, as it's the most logical choice.
