My launch Pro 360 died after about 1.5 years, paid for it to be fixed, then shortly thereafter MS announced they were fixing the problem for free, so they reimbursed me. When they did, I traded in my refurbished one with the extra cash and traded up to an Elite.
My elite has given me no problems since.
