First:

Xbox 360 20GB HDD without HDMI and with RRoD
+ Arcade games up to 50 MB
+ No VoD
+ no Avatars
+ blade system
+ no Games on Demand
+ no indy games
+ nobody expected it to get big franchises like Resident Evil 5, GTA, Final Fantasy, Tekken or DMC

Now:

Xbox 360 120GB HDD with HDMI and without RRoD
+ Arcade games now up to 2 GB
+ VoD (netflix)
+ Avatars
+ NXE
+ Games on Demand
+ indy games
+ Twitter
+ Facebook
+ Last.FM
+ Video Chat / Messages
+ Party Chat
+ Movie Party
+ Windows Live Messenger
+ Rate content on Xbox Live
+ we know that the Xbox 360 will get all the big franchises

I would say the PS3 made an improvement (even though I like the old version more, it looks better, but thats just me) but killing B/C was NOT an improvement. The "old" 60GB version seemed to be the best. That is what made me pick the Xbox 360.

The Xbox360 could need a redesign though. a Xbox 360 slim in a bundle with Natal would be AWESOME.

I couldn't agree more. I think people forget just how many features the Xbox360 has now, compared to the competition, and it's earlier self. Hands down the most improved since it's launch. A whole new design for the dashbaord, with support from most developers, the support of indie developers on their system, and launching their games for the public, Games on Demand, and the biggest library of Indie, and Acrade titles. Biggest of all the fix of RRoD, and the support to fix all RRoD's within warranty (3 years) for FREE. There's just so much...even LIVE has been proved on from speeds, to saving your information (ie. gamerscore/etc.). 1080p streaming of movies, and Last.fm, with intergrated Netflix support. Too much to list, lol.
