Good analysis. Although nen-suer just dropped the ball. But I'm gonna quote this just incase anyone else missed it because the points you made are well thought out.
Nen-suer said: "If you are not Mafia you will most likely die tonight." This dosen't make sense, a posioned person will most definately not get killed. And I agree with what everyone else thinks about nen (and also Soleron's opinions on insomniac).
