SONY Nintendo and Microsoft.
MS is releasing Natal next year. They'll want to have that SKU for a few years.
SONY will want to beat MS to the nextgen and possible try to steal some thunder from Natal.
Nintendo in the middle, but it depends when HD becomes mainstream. They'll have a new console and it'll be an HD console. It'll probably also have some unique features.
