Many would disagree with that, me included.  ACII is just as deserving of GOTY as any of the other nominees listed (exclude Beatles: Rock Band)

I'm not saying it doesn't deserve it, I'm simply making a prediction: ACII will always be a bridesmaid never the bride. We'll see, it's got the review cred for it for sure.
