Why did one of the forgettable characters in a Metroid title get such a fantastic battle theme?

Another one of those tracks that I just so awkwardly epic.
Look Pimpin - MadWorld
I know people hate the Hip-Hop in this game but I thought this theme sets the mood perfectly for the fight.
Crap, I had to remove 3 of those themes.
Pixel Art can be fun.
