You have to pay to enter a competition, does that not ring bells in your mind? Their "Contact Us" page has no proper contact information on it. The website could be made by highshool students, and the whole website is about the competition.
I feel like I should welcome you to the internet, oh and stay away from people from Uganda wanting to transfer millions of dollars into an account of yours.
