That site is such a load of horse shit.
Industry professionals will read YOUR idea. In addition, game producers will consider buying your idea if it's good enough.
Don't waste your time. No industry person will read that and no industry person will ever pay you for it. Ideas are cheap and each studio has a long list of their own ideas ready for use.
Oh, even better, they want you to pay them! God, you should post that site in this thread.
