I'll post what i said in the news thread.
"I heard Ubisoft isn't making anymore games about this and lost the license or something and that is why Namco is bringing it to both now."
I don't know if that is ture, but i would think Ubisoft may stop they want bigger games now. Plus i think Namco does a better job at it.
