What exacly makes MGS4 a movie? I'd say it's a straight out video game with a movie's length of cutscenes but it definitely felt very "gamey". I'ts the only MGS I've played from the series. It was one of the first games I owned on ps3 and one of the very very few games whose campaign I actually played through multiple times. I loved it.
Uncharted 2 though, that felt tons more like a movie. The game is extremely linear. Much like a movie, on your 2nd playthrough, everything is very predictable. Compare to MGS4 which can be played in many different ways. It can be a shooter or stealth game.
If Uncharted 2 is a movie though, it's a shame that the weapons didn't have the "oomph" that guns in Hollywood movies always seem to have. Seriously, the gunplay in U2 is much too calm....
