BFBC2 sports a brand new engine not the same MW engine which MW2 uses. ALL of the screens for MW2 are CG screens from the intro most of the ones for BC2 are. With exceptions of the following
8, and 2 which are in the moments videos.
MW2 after watching real game footage, and experiencing it. Has what you would call flat billboard textures for buildings, and inanimate objects. MW2 also has a lack of AA leaving some very jagged edges. (for console) BC2 which is being sported on the PS3 takes great use of the AA, and also uses detailed textures which have full depth to everything except the ground, and rubble pile from what i have seen. it really shows off the engine, and this is on the PS3 imagine Dx11 support on the PC. (also keep in note all consoles are limited to DX9.0c. MW2 still only uses Dx9 while BC2 looks to be using 10.0/1-11)
if you go back through the videos its easy to tell the differences run them side to side it almost punches you in the face. both games are good game except the PC users for MW2 got shafted :/ , but still they are both 2 different games with 2 different play styles. MW2 more run and gun BC2 will be more of a team slower based game as both franchises have always sported
