Its something to do with the glasses actually. Nvidia built them so they stop shuttering as soon as the videocard is not plugged in to a 3D capable source. Bunch of assholes if you ask me... You have to fool it and leave it plugged in to something while you switch inputs.
But I wish you luck. If it doesn't work...I guess its avatar on the PC :)
