As companies are working on 3d TVs without the need for glasses and there are screens that use the same method as cinemas so all you need are polorised glasses and I believe one company, maybe LG, said it doesn't cost that much extra to make a tv 3d ready I can't see cost or wearing glasses to be that big a problem.
The only problem I see is yet another format war. Which will become the new standard?
Either way I want 3d tv even if it is a gimmick and Sony seem very commited to providing it so I'm all for it. And Sony aren't the only ones pushing 3dtv.
