For what I see, if someone make a game on the Xbox360 (let's be common), simply porting the game on the PS3 allow a +33% potential gamers (If I follow your 3 Xbox360 for 1 PS3 logic)
I think it is huge.
So all the third party games will be multiplateform games.
The only true exclusive games will be first party games.
