Resistance 3 will probably put up similar numbers to Res2, unless they show large upgrades to the engine, or throw in something like the campaigns from the first two games as part of the deal. I think this one will be out November 2010 - it's too big of a money maker for Sony/Insomniac to not do another installment quickly, (just like gears3)
Killzone 3.. Will have to be hyped, no doubt it will be. Graphics will most likely impress.. We might be on Vecta or some other planet this time so the scenery might be a lot more colorful. They've said that part of the 'weight' in killzone 2 was part of Hellghan's harsh gravity, so I'm predicting the responses in KZ3 will be notched up from 130ms to 100ms or so - we'll see, that might be an engine limitation. Less response time might help the multiplayer catch on (appease the CoD fans)
