No, but only because I'm not overly concerned about Trophies/Achievements. If it seems dumb then you won't catch me wasting 10 ours to do it. Most of the time I don't even bother with anything for online play - I just play my way and if a get something then fine, but I'm not going to spend my playtime actively trying to find four guys in a group I can kill at once with a grenade, or run through a hard level as you describe until, but chance, I get the right run where my rapid firing combines with a bit of luck with the enemy fire to let me get through.
BTW I don't have the Mile High achievement or any similar one for that reason.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
