Since this isn't going for a fine, and they won't be placing any more restrictions on Intel than the law currently does, this won't change anything.
AMD has already settled with Intel in exchange for $1.25 billion, a re-negotiation of the cross-license to let AMD spin off its fabs, and a legal promise from Intel not to do those anticompetitive actions.
