Marital fidelity should be made optional in marriage oaths as facts and anonymous polls show it's breached by up to 50% of people of both sexes at least once and scientists demontrated that a consistent share of humanity is genetically poligamist.
BTW nobody demonstrated, as nobody can, given the subjectivity of the matter, the erroneously presumed moral superiority of monogamists on polygamists. Why marry the, someone could ask? For a lot of other reasons, loving each other, helping, giving a stable family to children, all things that if fidelity isn't a necessary condition become even more solid, as a possible reason to break a marriage is removed since the beginning.
