I can only go by what they say, you do know they are making tons of money of that thing.

You don't have to only go by what they say, you're allowed to use critical thinking, even when it's about statements from a rep of a company you're a fan of.

To me the sales are disapointing, but if he says he's happy with it, what am i suppose to say?
