Did you go from 175 back to 225 because of your eating habbits while at the gym? when I was at the gym I ate lots of protien etc and when I stopped at the gym, I cairried on eating the same way, and my weight soon piled on lol, but its back to normal-ish now.

More or less, though to be honest I was not eating very healthy even when working out, I just burned a hell of a lot more than I took in.

Now I only eat when hungry and once I stop being hungry I stop, I don't wait until I get the "full" feeling.

See, I can't do that.  Luckily I just started watching what I ate, counted my calories, and lost like 30 pounds.

I just set a calorie budget, stopped drinking non-diet sodas, stopping eating fast food except every once and a while, and I was fine to eat until I was full.
