45 Million Players Killed in Bad Company 2 Beta
DICE likes what they saw from the PlayStation 3 exclusive first-look.
December 15, 2009 - Looks like it's shoot first, ask questions later in
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Over 300,000 players participated in a recent PlayStation 3 beta, providing developer DICE with all important feedback to help balance the game for its March 2010 release.
The beta kicked off about
a month ago, and EA
has provided the latest stats so far:
- Total kills = 45.42M
- 9.4M kills from Vehicles
- 3.43M Vehicles Destroyed
- 380K Houses Destroyed
- 1.01M Marksman Headshots
- Total number of points awarded = 10 100 094 360
- Total number of Revives = 2.52M
- Total Repair Tool kills = 15.58K
- Total Defibrillator Kills = 12.69k
- Total Knife Kills = 1.69M
- Total C4 Kills = 730.81K
The beta officially ends on December 21, next Monday. DICE says they hope to have a demo available early next year.
