Absolutely agree 100%. Im a good 10 hours into Forza and although its very fun, I am extremely disappointed with its graphics in motion. The disappointment though is probably more down to Selnor and his obviously enhanced pictures of the game. Sigh. Prologues car models are far better than in Forza 3 although the environments in Prologue did suck. Rant over.
Anyway, guess I better shuttup to try and keep this thread on GT 
And if people do want to talk about Forza keep it civil or I will most likely be blamed for something -_-
