I agree, to me it was the most polished title we've seen this year by a long way and didn't resort to gimmicks of blood guts and swearing to get the sales in. ND deserve all the praise they get, they've certainly opened peoples eyes that movie style story telling is possible in gaming when done right. People rave about the graphics but I enjoy Uncharted (both of them) for the great sense of humour and quick paced story, there isn't another franchise like it this generation imo.
