 I'm pretty damned surprised by this news, especially since Nintendo's apparently trying to increase WiiWare sales. Are you sure it's not just your local retailer? I hope that's the case.

Its proably just the retailer, I know the blockbuster I work at changes the prices of them around xmass from $19.99 and $24.99, though most other places iv looked charge $19.99. Or as someone else said try the credit card I think its $20 for 2000 points?
