Will the FFXIII demo be exclusive or on both platforms?

I still dont understand why we get cross platform games with exclusive stuff for one console like Dantes Inferno, Fallout, GTA.....or wait money.

If it were up to SE its for both, if someone paid them it wont be. Such is life.
