I'm not a Greenberg fan, actually quite the opposite, but if he's gloating ONLY about NPD data and XB360 2nd place in USA, he has every right to do so, at the current sales rate there's nothing PS3 can do to become 2nd in USA by the end of this gen and there is nothing Wii can do to finish 2nd too.
