I don't get the whole discussion...it seems like everybody wants Nintendo to copy Sony and Microsoft now that they are finally successful. What advantage would it bring to the gaming world if Nintendo would do what the PS3 and 360 deliver: highly realistic, HD graphics?
Do we really need 3 consoles featuring basically the same games?
I can understand that some people (or quite a few, especially among the "hardcore" gamers) don't like Nintendo's games and the way they look. Fine. So the Wii is probably not the right platform for them.
But I think it is clear that Nintendo following the same path as the other two is not an option for the company.
