Mine I would have to say was in KOTOR 1 when you found out you were revan.I was like OMG IM REVAN!!!

This would be mine as well but I've also liked SPOILER:

-Sheik is revealed to be Zelda

-The reveal of The Flood on Halo:CE

-.......and most recently Sheperd trying to tie up "loose ends" by killing Ghost and Roach in MW2

Yea halo:CE and MW 2 were also some of my favorites,but I personaly really liked the twist about captain price coming back a little bit more,I wasnt expecting that after no mention of him half way through the game.
