Isn't the gravity hammer a Brute weapon? If so, I doubt it'll be in it, since there will probably be no brutes in this game. It's focused on Elites.

That is a very good point.  Looks like no hammer.  They will most definitely add some new weapons.  In the case of additional items and features, I think it is more important to be a slave to gameplay than a slave to story.
