You have strange ideas about Graphics I think :)
Ratchet and clank better than the first Uncharted? Ratchet and clank has static world lighting (lightmaps), so it's a long way back from that to be better than Uncharted (which has dynamic shadow maps for world light). And what about Uncharted's fully reflective and reactive water? And reactive foliage and and and... I think that takes care of R&C.
As for KZ2 vs Uncharted 2... it's close. I think I would give it to U2 based on a superior HDR lighting implementation. Both are top dog though.
