i dont think they're working on Sunday. ;)

as far as i know, its Sunday, 9am in Canada. that could explain it.

 

@shipping time:

it should take the same ammount of time to arrive in france, as to germany. (Canada->US->UK-> Ger/Fr), so i think you'll get it within the next 7-10 days.
