Here's hoping they've revamped the Halo 3 engine.

It's a completely new written from the ground up engine.

Nothing from the Halo 3 engine in it.

The footage is an all real time in-game cut scene. Not gameplay, think the cut scenes from MGS4. Not CGI but done on the fly as I see it.
