You setup is similar to mine, except that i have a 50" DLP instead of an LCD and no subwoofer with my surround system. Nor do I have a 360/PS3 yet. However, I do have a much better TV package than yours (especially for HD quality, HD-DVR and HD channels).
You should consider upgrading to satellite TV -- cable sucks hard when it comes to HD selection and HD quality.
