Never even heard of it...
But when it comes to passion, I haven't seen anything that beats One Piece yet. Next in line is Hikaru no Go.
When it comes to emotion, Kanon 2006, Air TV, and probably will be Clannad TV. Also, Elfen Lied.
The only mecha I have watch, and a good one as that, is, Full Metal Panic (all 3 seasons). Gundam is pretty good as well from what I've heard.
Or animes that errr... they mainly have action but aren't big on that part, although full of substance: Shakugan no Shana, Utawarerumono, Fate/Stay Night.
I heard Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is good too.
Well, I see a good rating for it from a site... so who knows, it could still come up as the "Best Anime Ever"
