This is where you can jaw all you want about all the things about Christmas that cheese (I don't know if I can say the other word I could have used on my OP) you off... I think you know the rules, so I'll get things started with my own Christmas pet peeve...

You can never know what your friends and relatives are gonna buy for you or even if they're gonna buy anything for you at all... I shop for all the people I plan to buy for at the first opportunity I get... Everyone else I know seems to drag their feet on my account for no (string of expletives deleted) reason at all... One Christmas, I went to my Grandad-on-my-dad's-side's place of residence, having gotten presents for practically everybody there, and all I got was money! You might think that that's a good thing, but to me, it was a (expletive deleted) slap-in-the-face on so many levels, which told me that:

1) they basically were saying that they either didn't like it or could have gotten it themselves;

2) if they had all that extra money, they could have taken the time to get me a proper present, but they didn't because

3) they hate me...

Now have fun airing your own bitterness towards the Holidays... I'll just... be sad...
