Should obese people be required to buy two seats when flying?

Britain is officially the third most obese nation on the planet (with 23% of people classed as obese) and I seem to be noticing this more and more each day. It's a rather depressing thought.

To be perfectly honest, I kind of pity them... But I also thank God in Heaven that my own obesity hasn't gotten to the point of immobility...
