It doesn't matter what my values are. The fact of the matter is you don't have the right to force other people to live by yours. Why is it any of your business to other how to live? What gives you the right? What makes you think if you have the right to do that, others don't have the right to force the same on you? Would you like a world where Jack Thompson gets to tell you what video games you're allowed to play (none, not even Sonic, I'm sure) because more people agree with his moral standpoint?

 

And it sure as hell can be debated.  That's what Jack Thomspon was doing all that time - he was arguing that OUR moral views needed to coincide with his.  He was making the arguments you are making here.  You are no better than Jack Thompson, at this point.
