I used to love a lot of the old grunge bands from the 90's (Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden) from that I moved onto old school hardcore punk (Black Flag, Minor Threat, Dead Kennedys, Descendents) Also really like old school Metallica, old school Megadeth, Slayer, Pantera, Trivium (the lead guitarist sister used to live upstairs from me), HIM, Type O Negative, Nine Inch Nails, White Zombie, Dropkick Murphys and many more
