I agree with the comment that the graphics depends as much the hardware as it does the developers. As for the batteries being glued into the controllers. I know first hand with at least the dualshock3 models that is a down right lie. I for another reason took my controller apart and the battery is only connected by a simple pin connector you'd find on any fan inside a desktop computer. I can't speak for the sixaxis controllers because I haven't had to go inside one of those. Also any computer has multiple batteries they are called cmos batteries. It seems to be that a lot of the information was speculation. I can't speak abouthe batteries being enclosed because I just don't know first hand. The controller myth however at least on newer controllers is just plain wrong.
