I really don't understand people that are saying that MS has probably exceeded their own expectations. I mean it's MICROSOFT. They put the first HD DVD console gaming out there and from what I have read from other people they had a 16 months lead (I think it was 12 actually). How did they exceeded their own expectations? Is there somewhere they expected to sell that numbers of hardware and they did more than that. Are they, most of the times, above their fiscal year expectations for the XBOX360?
