Believe it or not but there are people out there who prefer the PS3, it's games and have zero interest in the 360. Shocking I know but the real world is different to what you've read on the internet. I would put my stock in what a spotty 12yo 360 fanboy tells you on the net. Look what I did ! My version works better though, since according to sales PS3 sells more while being more expansive, and PS3 average user is older, I guess that means there are more 12 yo fanboys on 360 side. For example, I have zero interest in 360. Even at 50$, I don't know if I'd buy one.

Hmm, a 3 for effort.
So a survey conducted by Sony shows their users to be roughly 28 years old and falls into the "middle- to higher-income range". Convenient don't you think. What next, an Apple survey shows their users are the "cool kids"? or the typical MS consumer is an IT professional?
Here's a life tip for you. Don't believe what Sony says, or MS but I doubt you do anyway so you're half way there. They say things like that so silly people believe it and spread in the hope it makes their company look good and get more sales.
But if you think the common behaviour of PS3 owners on the internet reflects the age we're told they are supposed to be then you are mistaken, and flies in the face of that survey. Also if there is something so wrong with being the age you believe 360 owners to be I guess you don't want that age group buying a PS3 or it's exclusives? Well here's another shocker... they already buy a PS3. I know you want them lynched right?
Now you missed the point I was making (I'm not surprised if you believ that survey) which was that all we hear is people saying everyone wants a PS3 and it's exclusives and the notion that someone might not is alien to them.
Well it's true. Not everyone cares about the PS3 or it's exclusives (which it's owners don't judging their sales) and might be interested in another console and it's games.
Shocking I know but true. Go on sit down. Take a deep breath and have a cuppa. It'll relax you.
If a PS3 was £50 then I could be tempted to buy one but that's the difference between you and me...
I'm a gamer. I wouldn't as most of the PS3 games are on the 360 and I have zero interest in it's exclusives plus I don't need another console cluttering up my space. I've kept most of the machines I've owned going back to the 2600 (don't have that anymore) so don't need another just yet but I would never dismiss buying a PS3 just because it's a PS3. I would dismiss it because it has no games I need.
