Yes people do this. I ran across it 3 times in a row when I left server for a different server because I didn't want to deal with it. I now know most of the spots where this can be done so if you see someone with a 0-15 record and the guy up top has 15-0 its pretty obvious this is happening. Once i start to see something gravitate towards this I go to the spot where they most likely could only do this at. I suggest creating a class with RPG or AT4Hs and danger close perk. Your explosions from the launcher will do more damage and be bigger. You can most likely take them out with that. Also equip tactical so when you get close to the spot they are doing this drop a tactical insertion in case they kill you so you can respawn next to that spot to stop them.
