You obviously didn't read that entire paragraph did you? I already explained why console exclusivity is a big bonus for many gamers.
Btw Tales of Vesperia is STILL exclusive to the 360 in NA and EU. If you want to play it, you have to learn Japanese or Namco has to localize it or translate it to English for an Asian release or something. And right now it's not clear whether a english version is coming. Still no announcement yet. This could be another ToS-esque scenario (GC-exclusive in NA and EU, PS2 port JP only)
