Perhaps the quality simply wasn't high enough to warrant it as an exclusive. I remember there were rumours about this title seeing a different publisher. Perhaps they made efforts to have Sony publish it.

Depending upon just how much they mucked about with Unreal Engine (which is what I believe is under the hood) for the PS3 version it may not actually be that tough a port, even at this stage.  The core Unreal design and code works very well on the 360 and its probable most assets, etc. could be ported pretty readily also.  The big issue would be if the code had been changed enough for PS3 to render it inefficient on 360 and needing major work - but that seems unlikely given they are using a middleware engine.



Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
