There are some pretty awesome deals on at present. The HD 5750 uses only ~84W I believe under load and it barely needs a 6 pin PCI-E power plug. It shouldn't tax a PSU too much and the numbers they give as the guidelines are wayyyy over the top to prevent any liability from people with cheap PSUs with heavily over-rated wattage ratings running hot CPUs from blowing up their systems.
