Seals train DF. DF are not the top. CIA SOG is in terms of black ops. However, no SFs should be compared as the directives are different. SEAL teams are for different things w/ DEVGRU (STVI) as counter terror. Same for SOG. Rangers, MARSOC, SAS, etc are all applied in different ways.
