I don't know any simpler way than telling you that opinions can actually be wrong so lets just throw out some examples:
- I like hamburgers-- opinion.
- The Earth isn't flat-- fact.
- I believe the Earth is flat-- opinion, but wrong.
- I believe bacteria isn't life-- opinion, but also wrong.
