HUM hum hum
seriously, that what we all thought ... 1 year ago.
Sure, the setting is similar "fog+lost town" and there are some "zombie creature" AND a "psychological driven" story but that is all.
Alan Wake is much more AND much less.
The gameplay does seem more reactive, less "broken" but it is also a less scary and more fast paced. This is not a survival horror as we know them. This is more a thriller action game with some classical horror settings.
NEVERTHLESS, if they succeed to restrict the number of ammo they may succeed to give you a "survival feeling" ...
NOTE : RE4 is a very bad survival horror game but, it is ALSO a VERY good action game ...
