Seems like people are predicting the same games the companies keep making every year. Don't know whats depressing more...industry or the audience.

The distinction between predictions and wishlists is very, very important.

I agree...but still, lack of creative thinking in this thread (or industry cynicism) is somewhat depressing.

 

How is anyone going to guess a new IP though?

I guess thats not possible...but there are cool games from the past that could be brought in to this gen with amazing results.

Twisted Metal maybe... some of Sega's huge back catalog...legacy of Kain...
